Joe Dolce has proposed the following Amendment to the Psychedelic Bill of Rights: "the freedom to explore psychedelics for matters of awe, wonder, joy, fun, surprise, consciousness exploration, beauty, and plain ol' curiosity" This has been accepted and is on the docket for review, discussion, and final approval.
